Vöröskereszt (II.) kisív a Horthy család tagjainak aláírásával. Az alsó ívszélen a bélyegképen ábrázolt kormányzóné, Horthy Miklósné aláírása látható, melyet balra haladva Horthy Miklós kormányzó, majd ifjabb Horthy Miklós, végül özvegy Horthy Istvánné (gróf Edelsheim-Gyulai Ilona) kézjegye követ. A család tagjai - különösen a kormányzóné és menye - aktív szerepet vállaltak a Magyar Vöröskereszt karitatív tevékenységében, Horthy Istvánné pedig a szervezet által delegált genfi diplomatákkal is tartotta a kapcsolatot. A család tagjainak aláírásával ellátott kisív talán protokolláris ajándék lehetett.
